The 46th WorldSkills Competition will take place in Shanghai in 2022,12-17 October 2022.
The Opening Ceremony will be held on 12 October.
The Competition will run four days, 13-16 October.
The Closing Ceremony will be held on 17 October.
October sees pleasant Autumn weather in Shanghai with an average monthly temperature of 25 ℃ and only five days when the daily precipitation is over 10 mm. It is an ideal time to host a WorldSkills Competition and to welcome Competitors, Experts, delegations, and spectators to Shanghai.
The venue for WorldSkills Shanghai 2022 will be the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai.
